Challenges

BIAW’s WordPress website was slow and needed constant help from a developer to keep it running. The membership system, which was in Salesforce, was hard to use and confusing. After discovering how easy Airtable was to use, BIAW decided to switch their user management to Airtable. This change aimed to make things easier and more efficient for managing their growing members.

Our approach

Solution

Seattle New Media investigated these issues and worked closely with BIAW to help them move their site from WordPress to Webflow. Webflow proved to be a more user-friendly platform, making it easier for the team to manage and scale as BIAW grew. We also integrated several tools, including Airtable for client-facing management, along with Memberstack, Jetboost, and others. These improvements helped make the website faster, more user-friendly, and better able to meet the growing needs of their membership.

Implementation

Strategy

We embarked on a journey to completely redesign the website using Webflow, focusing on improving user experience at every step. By integrating Airtable, we automated data management processes, eliminating the need for manual work and ensuring accuracy. Stripe integration strengthened the website's security and introduced subscription options. We expanded our scope by integrating the Google Maps API, offering users interactive property exploration features. Every aspect of the interface was meticulously crafted for optimal engagement and responsiveness. Our collaboration with the client was pivotal, as we worked together to incorporate feedback and preferences seamlessly.
