01Technical SEO and audits
A full crawl of the site as it stands, with indexation, redirects, schema and internal links checked against what the site is actually trying to rank for.
Migrations
Headless & composable
Design & growth
Rankings that survive the next redesign, because the person protecting them is in the room when the structure is decided, not called in afterwards to explain a drop.

The build is clean, the markup is semantic, the Lighthouse score is green. Then six months pass and the only traffic is people who already knew the brand. Nobody wrote the pages that answer what buyers search. The CMS was structured around the design rather than around what needed to rank. And the agency that built it said SEO was handled, which turned out to mean the meta fields were filled in.
Webflow is genuinely good for SEO. Clean HTML, no plugin overhead, native meta and schema support. What it does not do is decide what your site should say or how it should be structured.
That part is a decision made before design starts, and it is the part we are in the room for.
A full crawl of the site as it stands, with indexation, redirects, schema and internal links checked against what the site is actually trying to rank for.
Field data rather than lab scores, with the interactions, scripts and image handling that move the numbers people actually experience.
Collections modelled around what should rank, so the pages that earn traffic are page types rather than one-off builds.
Schema, semantic structure and answer-first content, so your pages can be cited by AI answers rather than only indexed by search engines.
Built for teams where the site already earns traffic or is expected to, where somebody reports on organic, and where a drop would be noticed before the next quarterly review.
The same site, two kinds of SEO.
We build software on Webflow, not only with it. Two of our own products run on the Webflow Marketplace, ConsentBit and AccessBit, which is why we know what the platform does to your markup before we recommend anything.
Crawl export, ranking baseline, Core Web Vitals field data, top-page analysis
Indexation, redirects, schema, internal links, speed
Content model, keyword mapping, page types that can scale
Monthly reporting against the benchmark, not against a template
Phase 01 is a benchmark you keep, because without one there is no way to tell whether anything we did worked.
Send us the URL. A technical lead will tell you whether it is a technical problem, a structural one, or simply that nobody has written the pages yet.
We build on Webflow every week. Here is the honest version.
Clean semantic HTML with no plugin overhead, native fields for titles, descriptions, canonicals and Open Graph, an automatic sitemap, and hosting fast enough that Core Web Vitals start in a good place rather than a bad one.
Decide what your pages should say, structure your collections around what should rank, or write the content. Those are the parts that decide whether you rank, and no platform does them for you.
Redirect handling has limits worth knowing before a large migration. International and hreflang setups need planning rather than a toggle. Pagination and faceted content need deliberate structure. None of these are blockers, but finding them mid-build is expensive.
“SEO is built in” usually means the meta fields exist. They do, and filling them in is the smallest part of the job.
The structure decisions happen in phase 01, before design, because the SEO cost of a Webflow site is almost entirely decided by how the collections were modelled.
The checks we run on a Webflow site before recommending anything: indexation, redirects, schema, collection structure, speed and what AI crawlers can actually read.
The checks, nothing else.
“We originally hired Seattle New Media to build a complex, layered resource page to assist our users and intuitively drive them to additional content...”

“We needed our webflow website built in a really short timeline and Seattle New Media was able to work within not only our time constraints but...”

“Partnered with Seattle New Media on a project and they were awesome. Super collaborative, tons of experience, just overall a great...”

“Seattle New Media has helped us revamp our website and increase online traffic with Sharpspring CRM, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine...”

Yes, with a caveat. Clean semantic HTML, no plugin overhead, native support for meta, Open Graph and schema. The caveat is that Webflow does not make you rank. Architecture, content structure and internal linking still decide that. Our full answer →
A crawl and a benchmark first, then the technical fixes, then the structural work on collections and content so the pages that should rank exist and can scale. The order matters, because fixing technical issues on a site with the wrong structure does not help much.
We scope it after we have seen the site rather than quote from a list. Four things move the number: how many pages are in play, whether the CMS needs restructuring or only fixing, whether we write the content or map it for your team, and whether this runs monthly or as a single project. Book a technical call and we will tell you which of those apply to you.
Technical fixes show up in weeks. Structural and content work takes months, and anyone promising rankings by a date is guessing. We benchmark at the start so you can see what moved rather than take our word for it.
Yes, and a good share of this work starts that way. We audit what exists, tell you what is worth fixing and what is structural, and give you the options rather than a rebuild quote.
Not if it is built to protect them. We crawl before design starts, map every URL, test redirects on staging and compare crawls before go-live. Website redesign →

Schema, semantic structure and answer-first content, so your pages can be cited rather than only indexed. It is the same technical foundation as traditional SEO with different content structure on top.
Yes, and it can be scoped either way. We map what needs to exist and your team writes it, or our writers do. Either way they work to the keyword map rather than around it, with up to three rounds of revisions. Copywriting services →
A prioritised list with what we would fix first and why, and an honest note on anything that is not worth doing. You own that list whether or not you work with us.
Bring us the Webflow site that is not getting found. A technical lead will come back with what is technical, what is structural, and what simply has not been written yet.
