Nobody regrets a CMS on launch day.

It shows up at the next redesign. Someone opens the old site and realizes the content is welded to the templates, so it has to be re-entered by hand. A junior marketer loses three weeks to copy and paste, and the project everyone approved as a design refresh becomes a data entry job.

That is not a design problem. It is a modelling decision, made months earlier by whoever set up the content types.

Model content as pages and every redesign is a re-entry project. Model it as structured data and your next redesign is a front-end job.

03CMS Migration to Sanity

Most teams come from WordPress. The nightmare is not losing content, it is traffic falling off a cliff six weeks after launch with nobody able to say which URL did it.

Rename a field in Studio on Friday and the build catches it, rather than a customer finding a blank section on Monday.

05Sanity Headless Commerce

Your merchandiser waits on a developer to deploy a theme change. That is a revenue problem wearing a workflow costume. Checkout stays put, campaign content moves to Sanity.

100+ production builds delivered10+ in-house specialists, nothing subcontracted20+ migrations completed

You are usually choosing between a Sanity boutique with no design or SEO bench, and a generalist shop that treats schema as a checkbox. We put design, development, content modeling, SEO and integrations under one accountable project lead.

Sanity is a newer service line for us. What carries over is people who have moved a lot of live traffic between platforms without dropping it.

Tired of your CMS being the reason things slip?

Four phases. No mysteries.

Four phases. No communication gaps.

Frequently asked questions

What makes Sanity different from WordPress or Webflow?

With WordPress or Webflow, content is tied to pages and templates, which is why a redesign so often means re-entering everything by hand. Sanity keeps content as structured data, so your words outlive your layout. The tradeoff is real: you need developers to change the front end, where Webflow lets a designer do it visually.

Who should not use Sanity?

Plenty of teams. If you want to drag and drop pages, if your site rarely changes, or if you have no developer time at all, Sanity will cost you more than it gives back. It earns its place when several people publish regularly, or when your current CMS has become the reason things are late.

Can you migrate from WordPress to Sanity without losing search rankings?

This is the fear worth taking seriously, and it is why our SEO team joins at discovery rather than after a drop. We map every URL to where it is going and test redirects while your current site is still live. Metadata comes from the schema instead of being re-keyed. Talk to us about your migration

Should we choose Sanity or Contentful?

Both are good, and the wrong question is which one wins. Sanity gives you an editing environment you can shape around your team. Contentful is more opinionated, and for some teams that is a relief rather than a limit. We choose based on your developer capacity and how custom your editorial process really is.

Is Sanity a good fit for e-commerce?

Yes, in one specific shape. Orders, inventory, and checkout stay on your commerce platform. Sanity takes the campaign pages and product storytelling, which is the part your merchandising team currently waits on a developer to change.

Can Sanity handle multiple languages and multiple brands?

Yes, and this is often the reason teams stop looking. Localization and multi-brand setups are modeling decisions in Sanity rather than plugins bolted on afterward. The catch is that it puts more weight on the modeling work, so that is where we spend your time.

How much does a Sanity project cost, and how long does it take?

Most engagements fall between [RANGE], depending on content types, migration volume, and integrations. Timelines typically run 6 to 10 weeks from an approved model to launch. You get a fixed scope after a discovery call. Book a consultation

What happens after launch?

We stay reachable for 30 days at no extra cost. After that, most clients keep us on for ongoing work, though you are not locked in. Every project ends with a recorded walkthrough of the Studio and the deployment, so your team could run this without us. View our support options
