01Audit and benchmark
A full crawl of the current site, with rankings, top landing pages and Core Web Vitals recorded before anything changes, so there is something to compare against afterwards.

A site that finally represents you, without losing the rankings you spent years earning. We crawl your current site before we design anything, because you cannot protect what nobody measured.

The new site launches and everyone is pleased with it. Then organic enquiries drop, and nobody can say whether that is seasonal or something that happened at launch. Six weeks later someone finds the old URLs returning 404s, the redirect list that was supposed to cover them, and the twelve pages that were quietly dropped because nobody checked whether they earned anything.
None of that is a design problem. It is what happens when the redesign is treated as a design project with a technical afterthought.
We crawl first, map every URL, and compare crawls before go-live, because rankings you have not measured are rankings you cannot protect.
A full crawl of the current site, with rankings, top landing pages and Core Web Vitals recorded before anything changes, so there is something to compare against afterwards.
A design system rather than a set of page comps, so your team can build new pages after launch without coming back to us.
Content moved with metadata, alt text and internal links intact, on Webflow or whichever platform the audit says fits.
Every changed URL mapped to a 301, flattened to a single hop, tested on staging while the old site is still live, then a crawl comparison before go-live.
Built for teams whose site already earns traffic, where a redesign is an upgrade rather than a first launch, and where a drop in organic enquiries would be noticed.
The same brief, built two ways.
Our SEO team joins at discovery rather than being called in afterwards to explain a drop. That is the whole difference, and it costs less to do properly than to fix later.
Send us the site and your URL count. A technical lead will come back with what is at risk, what to keep, and what the redirect map needs to cover.

Some movement is normal. Any redesign that changes URLs sees positions move for a few weeks while search engines recrawl. That part is expected and it settles.
A lasting drop is not. It almost always traces to one of four things: missed redirects, lost metadata, internal links left pointing at old URLs, or pages dropped without anyone checking what they earned.
Every changed URL gets a 301, tested on staging before launch, flattened to a single hop rather than chained through two or three.
Titles, descriptions and canonicals field-mapped from the old site, not retyped during the build. Rewriting them is a separate project, done later and deliberately.
Rewritten in the content itself to point at the new URLs. Leaving them to lean on redirects works, but it degrades.
Before anything is cut, we look at what each page actually earns. Most sites have pages nobody visits, and they do not all need migrating, but that should be a decision rather than an accident.
A crawl comparison before and after, and 30 days of ranking and 404 monitoring afterwards, so a drop is something we find rather than something you report.
The 50 checks we run before, during and after a redesign: URLs, redirects, metadata, schema, tracking and what to verify in the first 30 days.
“Redesigned and rebuilt the website in Webflow to improve UX, serve multiple audiences and strengthen organic SEO.”
“We originally hired Seattle New Media to build a complex, layered resource page to assist our users and intuitively drive them to additional content...”

“We needed our webflow website built in a really short timeline and Seattle New Media was able to work within not only our time constraints but...”

“Partnered with Seattle New Media on a project and they were awesome. Super collaborative, tons of experience, just overall a great...”

Most engagements run $8,000 to $30,000+, depending on page count, how much content has to be migrated, and whether a design system is in scope. Fixed scope and fixed price after a discovery call.
Some movement in the first few weeks is normal. A lasting drop usually comes from missed redirects, lost metadata or broken internal links, which is exactly what our process checks for. We crawl before, test redirects on staging, and compare crawls before go-live.
Four to eight weeks for a standard redesign. Eight to twelve where there is heavy content migration, e-commerce or enterprise integrations.
No. Sometimes the right answer is rebuilding on what you already have. The audit in phase 01 tells us whether the platform is the constraint or whether the build is.
Often, yes, and where we can we do. Where the structure genuinely needs to change, every changed URL gets a tested 301. Keeping a bad URL structure to avoid redirects is usually the more expensive choice.
Mapped with metadata, alt text and internal links intact. Structured content moves by script. Rich text, embedded media and one-off layouts need a person, and we plan for that rather than discover it.
It can generate a version of one. What it does not do is decide which of your pages earn traffic, map the redirects, or tell you what will break. We use AI tooling in the build; the judgement is the part you are paying for.
Access to the current site and analytics, and a note on what is not working. The crawl gives us the rest.
Yes, and most of our redesign work is B2B: multi-audience sites, gated content, CRM integrations and a search footprint that cannot be disturbed.
30 days of ranking and 404 monitoring, CMS training, and a recorded walkthrough you keep. Most clients stay on retainer.
Bring us your current site and your URL count. Our technical team will come back with what is at risk, what is worth keeping, and a clear plan.
